Bryson DeChambeau is one of the strongest contenders in the world of golf. The player recently shifted his career to the LIV golf league. However, his contributions to the PGA Tour are also widely known by all his fans. But despite being so good at the game, DeChambeau still finds a few flaws in his skills.

What does Bryson DeChambeau need to improve in his game?

In an interview from 2020, DeChambeau was in a conversation about how bulking up had helped him improve his game. Fans are well aware of the fact that the golfer’s game improved tremendously after he returned from a long break. And it was not only his game, but his physique also displayed a massive change since he had built some amazing muscles.

Bulking up and becoming physically more powerful has helped DeChambeau become the longest hitter in the history of professional golf. However, there are still some aspects of his game that he thinks he needs to work on. During the interview, he said“I think I was way down the list on wedging last year. If I can get that down to where I’m top 30 in the world of wedging,”.

Thankfully, DeChambeau was also aware of the areas of the game where he’s good. He said, “My driving is good enough, my putting is top 30, my iron play is good enough,”. All he thinks he needs to work on is his wedging skills.

Is DeChambeau playing in the Presidents Cup?

The golf professional recently decided to join the LIV Golf league and called it a “business decision”. According to DeChambeau, LIV Golf had better financials as compared to the PGA Tour. And it also gave him a chance to play less golf and spend more time with his family.

But as per Jay Monahan’s decision, no LIV Golf players are allowed to participate in any PGA Tour events. And as a result, Bryson DeChambeau and all other players are not allowed to play in the 2022 Presidents Cup. Although fans were hoping to see the golf “hulk” play his best shots, he will not be appearing on the field.
