LIV golfer Bryson DeChambeau is one of the top Green Jacket contenders this year. The scientist is popular in the golf world for his analytical approach to the game and his technical golf knowledge. He also garnered a lot of attention for his incredible journey of bulking up and then shrinking back down.
Bryson DeChambeau has been pretty vocal about his weight gain and weight loss journey. This week at Augusta, the skills he displayed got everyone talking about the change in his fitness regime, as he just was performing exceptionally well, especially on the first day of 6 under. DeChambeau got those extra pounds while trying to be the longest driver on the PGA Tour. But soon after facing the consequences, he worked immensely to get rid of that ‘Hulk’ image. Now this is where “Bryson DeChambeau’s Workout Routine to Swing Faster 2024″ came into the picture. In an interview with Men’s Health, he opened up about the new fitness regime that helps him play better. He has added speed training into his regular practices with extreme techniques that require proper supervision.
This training included exercises like making around 100 swings as fast as he could and monitoring them on a swing tracker. When asked about how the weight changes have affected his muscle and strength, DeChambeau said that he has gotten stronger. The 1x major champion is sensitive towards certain food items like wheat, gluten, eggs, and dairy, so he opted for his meals prepared by using almond flour, and oats flour.

The golfer also acknowledged, ”throughout the season, I may be slowest at the start, but I’ll gain speed throughout the season.” Now he will be more focused on golf rather than working out with the same intensity. “It’ll be one or two sets, so my body can recover quickly,” said DeChambeau. The 2020 US Open winner lost nearly 20 pounds in a single month in 2022, so following a strict diet and workout regimen is not something new to him.
How did DeChambeau lose 20 lbs?
After going through a hard-core Whole-30 diet and a tough workout schedule, the 30-year-old successfully restructured himself. “I had such huge mood swings from it,” he admitted, recalling the transformation phase. The 30-year-old flushed all the inflammation out of his body, and his face got a little thinner as well. The LIV Golfer’s new objective is to eat right and keep up adding strength more healthily.

This is the scientist’s way of living his life, exploring the extremes to figure out what is best for him. After completing his weight-loss journey, he suggested that there should be a blood sensitivity test on your body to decide the most effective plan for building more strength and muscle.
Certainly, he experienced both sides of the coin for himself, took a U-turn, and went all the way to be on top of his game, and his enthusiasm is visible on the Masters leaderboard!
