There is no denying that Brooks Koepka is one of the most hard-working golfers of this era. His commitment to always delivering a strong performance and efforts towards the upliftment of the game raises him above others. Owing to this, he got one of the biggest pay cheques from LIV Golf and was also made captain of the team.

His performance in 2023 has also been commendable. Despite being a defector, he won the PGA Championship and also won the LIV Orlando event. Other than that he also finished in the top 10 in other LIV events. Seeing his potential, the captain of the US team, Zach Johnson, chose him as one of his picks. And now sitting in Rome he shared a bit of advice with his fellow LIV Golfers. When asked how other LIV Golfers could play in the Ryder Cup. Koepka said “Play better… That’s always the answer.”

LIV definitely suffered a big setback when only one player was selected. Now such a statement from their sole representative feels no less than salt in the wounds of DeChambeau and others.
