It is safe to say that after joining LIV Golf, the whole game of Talor Gooch has changed. He is unquestionably one of LIV Golf’s brightest stars. With his triumph in Valderrama, Gooch became the first athlete on the Saudi-sponsored circuit to win three titles. He received $4 million for each victory.

Gooch was also part of Dustin Johnson’s Team 4 Aces last year, which secured top honors for the team prize. However, he is currently a member of Bubba Watson‘s RangeGoats GC. But there is something that still sours his heart.

Gooch must have the winning practices now. And now it’s time to put that one gain into the LIV Golf Chicago event. However, he received an invitation to the talk show “Fourball” before this prestigious competition.

There, he talked about his favorite conspiracies in and around golf with the show’s hosts. He also talked about how his 13-year-old self chose golf over baseball.

Miller questioned Gooch about his difficult decision to leave the 4Aces and how the squad responded to the news. The American golfer said that while everyone on the squad had the finest fun and achieved the best results, it was the hardest news to deliver. ”It was almost felt like feeling like you’re breaking up with, you know, a girlfriend,” said Gooch.

But everyone respected his decision, and things went pretty well after this. Gooch also retorted that he now has the intention of leaving his current team. He also mentioned why he switched to the LIV Golf.

When players switched to LIV Golf, they faced backlash. The reason is simple: since LIV Golf is a lucrative circuit, everyone thought that the whole motive behind the switch was to make more money. But Gooch has different reasons as well.

One of the motivating elements was the more lax schedule compared to the PGA Tour. Additionally, Gooch will have more time for his family now that his second child is expected in January. For him, everything is currently in harmony.

What do you think about Gooch’s dramatic expression about leaving the 4Aces group? Let us know in the comments.
