The daily workout routine that helped Woods in becoming the best
Woods once revealed his routine.
“I used to get up in the morning, run four miles,” Woods said in a press interview. After running, the golfer explained that he goes to the gym and lifts weights as part of his daily routine. “I’d go play,” the 15-time major champion added. “…come back, work on my short game.”

The daily workout routine that he used to practice in his prime era didn’t end here. In fact, the golfer explained he would go running another four miles after practicing his game. Furthermore, he added, “If anyone wanted to play basketball or tennis, I would go play basketball or tennis. That was a daily routine.”

Although Tiger Woods is widely considered the G.O.A.T. of golf, his interest in sports is not limited to golf. He loves other sports, including baseball and Cross Country. The golfer further revealed he doesn’t follow the same routine. “I am not doing any of that now,” Woods said in the interview after he explained the daily workout routine he followed in his prime. The golfer confessed that he no longer follows the same routine, which made everyone laugh in the press room.
