When European captain Luke Donald announced his picks for the Ryder Cup, his one pick was the youngster Aberg, who accomplished quite an uncanny feat. He became the first-ever player to play in the Ruder Cup without playing in any major championship. But with his record and his win in Switzerland, he proved his worth.

Ever since he earned his spot, he has been answering questions about his team. The Swedish golfer is currently at the BMW PGA Championship, and the question he answered there was about himself, and he shared a few insights about him as “a person.”

Aberg shared that he is a “very calm person” who does not get “too high, not too low.”  Talking about his “considerate” self, he shared that he likes to treat people nicely, especially the way that he wants to be treated himself. He shared that this quality is a very “important” one for him.

The 23-year-old star said that he prefers to keep himself grounded and not let anything get to his head: “I like to keep my feet where they are and not get too caught up in the moment.” Shedding some more light on his qualities, he shared that he likes to see himself as a “nice person,” but at the end of the day, it depends on how people want to see him.
