The LPGA Tour’s Lotte Championship is currently underway at Hoakalei Country Club. Despite names like Lydia Ko and Nelly Korda missing from the action, the event has got golf fans hooked to their screens. Two-time Major winner Brooke Henderson is competing this year, and her putting has already garnered significant attention.

The 25-year-old has had a good 2023 so far. In January, Henderson won the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, walking home with $225,000 in earnings. Now, the young golfer is mesmerizing fans with her form at the Lotte Championship.

The 70-players field at Hoakalei this year features a roster of top LPGA stars. The likes of Celine Boutier, Georgia Hall, Brooke Henderson, and more have ensured an exciting tournament for viewers. Henderson, in particular, has won the event twice before and is now turning heads with her clean putts.

A video uploaded by LPGA Tour on Instagram shows the golfer making a beautiful putt, with one fan commenting, “everything about Brooke is beautiful.

Meanwhile, other fans have wished her luck for the ongoing Lotte Championship. “Your a digger, Brooke! Keep it going.👏👏👏,” came a cheeky response from one fan. Putting enthusiasts were clearly impressed by the star’s skills, as one said, “Left hand low FTW.”

The LPGA Tour returned to Hawaii with the 11th edition of the Lotte Championship. As the year’s first major looms, top players like Lydia Ko and Nelly Korda have skipped the tournament at Hoakalei Country Club. Regardless of the big names missing from action, top players like Henderson, Boutier, Ayaka Furue, and Hyo Joo Kim are competing for a share of the lucrative prize purse.

The total prize purse at Lotte Championship this year is $2 million, which remains unchanged since 2017. The winner of the event will walk home with $300,000 in earnings. The win will also grant the golfer 500 Race to the CME Globe points and an exemption from future tournament editions.
