Greg Norman is currently the most influential man in golf, owing to his LIV Golf league that has chaos in the golf world since its inception. Along with dominating the course, Norman has achieved success as an entrepreneur and businessman. He has founded and run a number of companies, including a clothing line, a wine label, and a company that designs golf courses.

However, Norman’s strong entrepreneurial abilities helped him secure the position as CEO of LIV Golf in 2021. The 68-year-old is back in Australia ahead of the LIV Golf competition, and while playing on the Royal Melbourne’s West Course, he was captured on camera making an incredible shot.

Greg Norman almost achieved a milestone

The Saudi-funded league intends to hold up to three events in Australia this year. This suggested move comes in order to become global and expand its reach. Everyone is in Australia for the upcoming LIV event, which begins on April 21 at The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide. However, ‘The Shark,’ who is also back in Australia, attracted attention on the golf field even at the age of 68.

The two-times major champion uploaded a video on his Instagram account. On a famous hole at Royal Melbourne, Norman can be seen in the video making an amazing shot. On the fifth hole of the west course at Royal Melbourne, the golfing icon was inches away from a hole-in-one. As indicated by the caption, Norman appreciated it as well: “Still got it.”

With just a few days before the start of the fourth LIV Golf event of 2023, the LIV CEO has managed to catch everybody’s attention and now is the main topic. This astonishing shot at the age of 68 surely came as a surprise to the golf fans. Since the video went online, they have not been able to stop talking about it.
