Tiger Woods has always shined on the golf courses, but when it comes to relationships, the golfers have never been that successful. His admittance of infidelity in 2009 tarnished his reputation and also broke up his marriage with Elin Nordegren. After their divorce, Woods dated other women but never married again.

The last woman he seems to publicly dated was Erica Herman. Their relationship began in 2017 when she was working as a manager in his restaurant named Woods Jupiter in Florida. Before that, she has also worked at other restaurants in Florida.

Herman’s net worth is around $ 2 -3 million. However now that she has once again challenged the NDA this figure could increase massively in case she wins. She and Woods dated for around six years during which she visited many of his golfing tournaments.

She even accompanied Woods and Charlie at the PNC Championships, too. Their relationship received much media coverage however, it ended on a sour note with thongs becoming legal.

What is Erica Herman’s latest plea about?

In the 53-page brief in a Florida state appeals court, her attorney Benjamin Hodas has claimed that she is a victim of sexual harassment in her relation with Woods and should not be forced to seek private arbitration. In her brief her lawyer says “Congress recently passed the Ending Forced Arbitration Of Sexual Assault And Sexual Harassment Act of 2021, precisely to prevent a plaintiff like Ms. Herman from being forced into arbitration by a former boss and sexual partner related to her employment and sexual relationship.”
