Irish golfers Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry attended a Rugby World Cup match between Ireland and South Africa, where they discussed the potential rugby prowess of their fellow golfer Jon Rahm due to his size and stature.
McIlroy who is referred to as the “older brother” by Luke Donald, suggested Rahm could excel on the rugby pitch considering his weight of 110 kilograms, while Lowry humorously declined due to the size of professional rugby players, joking that he’d prefer roles like running water or handling the kicking tee.
