As Solheim Cup Inches Closer, LPGA Cover Girl Nelly Korda Has a Bold Decision to Make: Seeks Fans’ Advice

With very few days to go before the Solheim Cup in Spain, the US team is pretty busy with their preparations. However, they don’t forget to breathe and take breaks in the middle. The best part is occasionally they decide to come online to engage with their fans as well.

Recently, Nelly Korda posted on her Instagram story a question that she needs her fans to answer. She has a dilemma about an important choice and she can’t decide on her own. So Korda has given the onus to her fans to decide on her behalf.

Nelly Korda has been focusing hard on her preparations for the Solheim Cup in the past two weeks. She even skipped the recent Kroger Queen City Championship. The 25-year-old has been posting about her workouts and showing off her superior body balance. 

Now, Korda has reached out to her fans for help in deciding something. She wants to know if she should go for a second piercing in her ear, and perhaps even a third. She started a poll on her Instagram story, where she wanted a yes or no from her fans. The caption read “What do we think about a second or a third piercing? I’ve been debating for a few months…”

Almost as if people wanted to approve of her secret desire to go for the piercing, most of the fans have voted yes, as of now. Looks like Korda might be sporting a stud or two more during her appearance in the Solheim Cup next week. On a side note, a few hours back, she also shared a picture she took in New York City.

Korda has also shared a reel with Lilia Vu, announcing that the US team is ready and rocking ahead of the Cup. They did this in association with the Today Show. The reel was truly energetic and the duo’s energy was infectious.

Nelly Korda has been putting her break to good use preparing herself for the Solheim Cup with her workouts. However, is that all the reason she skipped the Kroger Queen City Championship? Or was there something else in her mind?

Why did Nelly Korda skip the Kroger Queen City Championship?

After Nelly Korda finished playing the Portland Classic, with a shared 14th position, she posted a picture on her Instagram. In the caption, she wrote “It’s a never-ending learning experience when it comes to golf. Lucky to be able to do what I love and continue to grow from it Next up: @thesolheimcup in 🇪🇸 and then 🇰🇷&🇲🇾.”

Apart from this, there was no announcement of any kind from her on the Kroger Queen City Championship. She was not alone in skipping the tournament though. Her Solheim Cup mate, Megan Khang, also skipped it.

While fans did not know why she didn’t play in the tournament, they’ll definitely cheer her for the upcoming tournaments, especially the Solheim Cup.
