Dark clouds hang over Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods. Quite literally. The weather in Orlando looks bleak and appears to turn even more gloomy over the next few days. Bad news, considering the PNC Championship was the first time since his April bow-out from Augusta, that Tiger Woods would step on the greens on Floridian soil.
Granted, the 2023 PNC Championship is not an official event in the PGA Tour calendar. No FedEx point is on offer. Neither the 82-time PGA Tour winner can make a massive leap in the OWGR standings. But for golf fans, Major winners playing with their parents/children is the main USP of the event. And that is why netizens are cheesed off.

The sky over Ritz Carlton Golf Club will keep on its gloomy appearance for the Friday Pro-Am as well. The wind speed will swing back and forth between 15 to 25 mph. While it doesn’t threaten to stop the game, the high wind means fans are in for a wild ride. But the worst is yet to come.
Saturday’s weather will go downhill significantly–there is a 100% chance of rainfall as per the Weather Channel. Expect heavy showers throughout the day with gushing wind. Michael Anand, the meteorologist for NuclrGolf, tweeted that flash flooding is possible due to two to four inches of rainfall. It does get a little better on Sunday, with heavy showers giving way to drizzle. However, the wind speed can reach 25mph once again. Expect some readjustments of clubs over whether to pick a 7-iron or 9-iron.

Fans’ mood resembles the weather
Some fans wondered why the organizer didn’t move it to Monday and Tuesday. The weather gets a little better on Monday with a forecast of sun peeping from behind the clouds. While it’ll be mostly sunny on Tuesday.
Why don’t they play on Monday and Tuesday very nice weather? Don’t cancel event if they don’t play at those first two days
