Only 11 days are left before the men’s first major will commence at the Augusta National Golf Course! The enthrallment among the golfers will be not just for the $3.4 million purse but also for the highly coveted green jacket and the honor that comes with it. When were the tickets for the 2024 Masters available? 

The Augusta National gives out tickets via a selection process. Tickets are allotted after a fan applies for them. Only applications per household or person are accepted for people 21 and older, which should not contain any false information. The Masters’s website states that though a person can apply for tickets for all four days and the practice rounds, only one-day tickets will be approved.

The applications for the 2024 Masters started on June 1, 2023 and ended on June 20. The applicants were notified if their names were drawn in the selection process in late July.  So by the time you’re reading, The Masters tickets for the 88th edition have been sold out. Moreover, if a patron has failed to get the ticket for the 2024 edition and is hoping to get one at the gates of Augusta National, then sorry to burst the bubble!

“No additional tickets or badges will be sold at the Masters® Tournament gates,” states the official website. Getting the Masters tickets is a game of luck and is honestly quite difficult. As it is a major historical event, many golf fans barrage the site, and to avoid an overwhelming, uncontrollable crowd, the committee resorts to a selection process.

So, all the tickets for the 2024 Masters have been sent to their respective patrons by now. However, you can avail the tickets for the 2025 Masters as the application process for it will start in a few days.

How to purchase tickets for the 2025 Masters? 

The early application process for the 2025 Masters will start on June 1st and conclude on June 20th. The applicants will be informed about their selection status by late July, similar to the year before. The only way to apply is through Augusta National’s portal, so bookmark it and set a reminder for June so that you don’t miss next year’s game (Keep fingers crossed).

The tickets for practice rounds (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) cost $100 for the upcoming Masters on any one day. Whereas, tickets for the four competitive rounds were $140 per day.
