The Sanderson Farms Championship is shaping up to be quite the tournament. Hosted at the Country Club of Jackson, it has been a part of the PGA Tour since 1968. Taking place during the Tour’s wraparound season, it has an intensive roster full of talented individuals. The tournament boasts a full-size field that welcomes both experienced pros and aspiring newcomers. This year, the tournament will take place from 3rd to 6th October 2024.

The cup (or should we say rooster) and precious FedEx points are at stake, along with a cash prize. Some recognisable names in the world of golf have claimed the rooster, with the likes of Sergio Garcia and Sam Burns having won the previous edition. And the line-up looks stacked this year, too, with the likes of Rickie Fowler, Matt Kuchar, and young stars like Nick Dunlap, Taylor Montgomery participating. Tickets for the main event are divided into 2 sections – Daily Grounds Tickets and Fan Pavilion Tickets, priced at $30 and $50 respectively for Thursday. On Friday, there is a special ‘Folds For Honour’ initiative, where fans are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to pay respect to the army and the veterans. For Saturday, fans are encouraged to rep their favourite teams by wearing the team’s colours. And finally, for the grand finale on Sunday, the Play Yellow for Children will be in full swing – where fans will wear yellow in support of Children of Mississippi, a foundation. The Daily Ground tickets for Saturday and Sunday are priced at $40, whereas the Fan Pavilion tickets cost $60. Not sure which day you are free?
