Annika Sorenstam Receives Early Valentines Day Love From Hubby Mike McGee

Annika Sorenstam is one of the most well-known stars of all time on the LPGA Tour. known for her impeccable records, the former golfer has made millions of fans with her performances. And a lot of it has been possible due to the consistent support from her kids and her husband, Mike McGee. The golf star’s family has been providing her with all the love they have. The two decided to get engaged back in 2007, the year before Sorenstam stepped off the field. And the two finally took the next step in January 2009 when they said their vows and decided to spend their lives together.

McGee has been very expressive of his love towards his wife in front of his fans. The former NBA star recently posted an old picture of himself with Sorenstam on Twitter on the occasion of their 14th wedding anniversary. And fans were awestruck by the picture. However, being the same expressive lover he is, McGee posted another picture with Sorenstam. And it had a heart-touching message for her.

“Thank you for always completing my heart and filling it with love and sunshine,” the caption said. The picture displayed a spectacular sunset with both their hands forming a heart in the middle.

Before finding her true love in Mike McGee, Sorenstam was married to legendary golfer David Esche. The two met for the first time in 1994 and got engaged a year later in 1995. And it didn’t take them more than two years to marry each other in January 1997. However, they couldn’t hold on to their relationship for very long and got divorced in 2005.

Besides being the golf superstar’s husband, Mike McGee has another connection to the golf world. His father, Jerry McGee was a famous professional golfer, who passed away in 2021. He also won the 1970 PGA Tournament and finished at T5 at the 1972 Masters Tournament.
