Though Paige Spiranac has been an influential personality on social media, she too has to face regular hate online. It’s common for social media influencers to receive criticism and hate for no reason on the internet. However, what can the influencer do in return? Well, Paige Spiranac finally had a solution when she decided to shut down one of her haters on the internet.

With nearly 3.6 million followers on Instagram, Spiranac has an audience with various thought processes. Some love her for her golf predictions, while others admire her looks. However, there is also a section of followers who hate the 29-year-old for no valid reason.

While speaking in the most recent episode of her podcast, ‘Playing a Round With Paige Renee’, Spiranac spilled some beans on how she responded to one of her haters online. Moreover, the former professional golfer also expressed her joy following the act. So what measure did Paige Spiranac take against her hater?

Spiranac’s podcast co-host, Amanda Rose, revealed that she doesn’t hesitate in blocking people on social media who post mean comments under her post. Paige Spiranac, on the other hand, believed blocking the person will result in the hater having the last laugh.

Paige Spiranac said, “If I block them, they know that they have got me right, and they have one.” She then said how it’s the same 20 people who pass on the rude comments regardless of the post.

However, a recent hate comment brought a change in the perspective of the social media influencer. Spiranac said, “And one day, I was just like, You know what, I’m sick of this person. I’m just gonna block them. And I felt so good after doing that.”

The 2022 Maxim’s Sexiest Woman Alive then gave the reasoning behind the action. She said, “And I was like, No, it’s not the fact that they’re winning, because they feel like they got to you, it’s now that they don’t have access to all of your content, and having access to what you’re doing what you’re saying what you’re posting is actually a privilege.”

No person should receive hate comments on the internet for the wrong reasons. And if they do, they need to block the person just like Spiranac. She has helped in expanding the sport to newer and younger audiences. Despite the hate, the 29-year-old has remained mentally strong and also promotes positivity on her social media pages.
