The couple had been dating for over 6 years and allegedly broke up in the fall of last year. Following their messy separation, it seems like Herman has every intention of taking the golf legend to the cleaners. She is, after all, suing him for $30 million for breaching their oral agreement!

Herman claims that she had an oral agreement with the golf pro about living in his Jupiter Island mansion for the next five years. But as per a recent People article, the ex-girlfriend claims that she was locked out of his $54 million mansion after she was misled into going on a short vacation.
