The second season of LIV Golf is already over with the concluding event coming to a close at the Trump Doral with much fanfare. For Brooks Koepka, though, the fun is not yet over. Off the greens, the five-time Major Winner enjoys a camaraderie with many of his on-field rivals.
In one such instance, the LIV Golf Jeddah champion teased his fellow LIV Golf captain on Instagram. Taking a playful jab at the veteran golfer, Koepka decided to rub salt into his wounds when the veteran golfer was having some fun with kids.

Bubba Watson was having a great time with kids at the 7th Annual Mini Golf Championship in his hometown Pensacola. That is until Koepka appeared on his Instagram post and left a six-word comment to ‘ruin’ his day.
In the video, Watson was seen teeing up with kids and amateurs in the mini-golf event. At the end of the video, the two-time Major winner appeared to make a few putts. Brooks Koepka picked that moment to engage in banter with his LIV Golf rival.
Koepka commented, “Glad to see you finally make a putt,” with two laughing emojis. Watson has struggled with his form this season at the LIV Golf having only one top-ten finish in the entire season. Does Koepka have to remind him of that in the off-season? Gladly, the veteran golfer was on the same wavelength and responded, “Working on my putting man! Will be back next year.”

Bubba Watson has struggled to find his footing this season, finishing at the 36th position on the leaderboard. His best performance has been on LIV Tulsa where he finished at 10. Although his team has finished in the fourth position on the leaderboard, it is largely due to Talor Gooch, who topped the season leaderboard.
For Koepka it’s the polar opposite. Despite winning two events at the LIV Golf and finishing third on the leaderboard, his team, Smash GC, has languished at the bottom throughout the season, eventually finishing at the eighth position on the leaderboard. Koepka has suffered due to his brother’s poor form and Matthew Wolff’s inconsistent outings, which caused a rift within the team.
