Although Tommy Fleetwood’s position is still not determined, he shares a few rookie players he believes will be selected for the European Ryder Cup team. He mentioned a few rookies who might play for Luke Donald. Golf Magic tweeted about this.

For his top picks, the Englishman mentioned Bob MacIntyre, Sepp Straka, and Adrian Meronk. “You look at Sepp Straka, he’s been playing great. Bob MacIntyreis qualifying for the team at the moment, having finished second in his home Open in Scotland, and somebody like Adrian Meronk who’s been playing great all year and he’s won on Marco Simone,” said Fleetwood.

On Monday, the complete list will be made public. But before that, let’s learn about Fleetwood’s unique PGA Tour title. Keep going.

Englishman’s $20 million feat on the PGA Tour

This year, Fleetwood has had an outstanding season. He competed with amazing talent and earned the reputation of being a formidable opponent. In his last six starts, he has placed in five top tens, including a T10 at the Open and a T5 at the US Open, where he shot a brilliant 63 to finish in a tie for fifth.

Unfortunately, he never won a PGA Tour championship. But despite that, he still managed to pull off this remarkable achievement. Without ever winning a tournament, Fleetwood became the first golfer in PGA Tour history to collect more than $20 million in total earnings. This is significant, and it might give him a lift to someday win a title.

So, out of Fleetwood’s top candidates, who do you think will be able to make the European Ryder Cup team? Please tell us in the comments.
