Will the unpredictable weather at the BMW Championship be the ultimate test for these seasoned golfers?

The PGA Tour had a new villain! Earlier, it was the rain that was the cause of the disruption of the events. However, as the Jay Monahan league has been transpiring in Scotland last week for the ultimate playoffs, the heat waves have been a huge concern for the players. Swedish player Ludvig Aberg was the recent prey to the problem.

At the Saturday round, the 24-year-old phenom became a victim of nose bleeding due to high altitude. The thin mountain air gave Ludvig Aberg the problem in the first hole. However, he did not let it come his way and wiped it away. He even carded a 53-foot birdie putt and smiled through the disruption. After altitude caused trouble to one of the 50 players, will the final round now have a weather woe as well?

Looks like once again, the rain might be the cause of trouble for a PGA Tour event. The ultimate round of the BMW Championship is scheduled to begin on August 25. Well, the forecast says, “Periods of clouds and sun with a thunderstorm in parts of the area in the afternoon; thunderstorms can bring localized damaging wind gusts”. Scary to get on the course right?

The temperature is predicted to go as high as 29 degrees, while due to the rain, it can also drop down to 16 degrees. The wind will be blowing from the SSW at a speed of 11 kmph. While that might not be a problem, there will be wind gusts coming in at a speed of 17 kmph, which might make the conditions wild.

To add to the misery, there is an 88% possibility of rain for approximately 1.5 hours at a density of 3mm. Additionally, there is also a 31% chance of thunderstorms and a 96% cloud cover. There might be a delay or suspension in the round if the rain continues, due to inclement weather and low visibility.
