LIV Golf’s 2023 season has come to an end, and even after the year’s last leg made prominent noise in its due time, the League hasn’t stepped down from the top spots of the headlines. During its off-season so far, LIV Golf has announced a change in rules that will be in action in their upcoming 2024 season.

Amid this new rule change, some news about the League’s innovative course has also raked the news. Greg Norman, in an interview, has unveiled his future plans for his brainchild, asserting some even bigger ‘Watering’ teaser awaits the fans of LIV.

Following the success of LIV’s ‘Watering Hole’ at the Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, the makers this year are planning to make the experience even more grandiose. This ‘Watering hole,’ inspired by the PGA Tour’s ‘The Coliseum,’ features bars, a live DJ, and walk-out songs for players. When introduced, Greg Norman claimed that the concept was executed with the aim of enhancing fan engagement.

Now, in a recent update, Norman has made a statement that he envisions expanding the Watering Hole because of how overwhelmingly popular it has come to be. “I think the success of the watering hole could be expanded because of the popularity of it. I think you can get more spectators around there,” the maker remarked.

The 2023 LIV Adelaide event was a huge success and thus, it became the ace in the hole for the global LIV series. “We used LIV Adelaide as the benchmark for all our other 13 events around the world. Because it created the true culture of what LIV is all about the energy, the lifestyle, the integration of entertainment fandom,” Norman added.

LIV Golf’s 2024 season seems to be reaching to set a new standard in the world of professional golf. A step towards it is the new changes that have been made to the League.

Now, an off-season rule change has also made the buzz with a concept unique to LIV. The league known for its controversial yet one-of-a-kind spectra constructions has now clarified that in the upcoming season, not all players from the 2023 leg will be seen on the greens.
