But while Charlie seems to have inherited his father’s talent and passion for the game, he may also face some of the same challenges and dilemmas that Tiger faced in his career. One of them is whether to pursue a college education or turn professional at a young age.
Tiger Woods, who attended Standford University for two years before joining the PGA Tour in 1996, has said that his biggest regret in life is not spending another year at Standford.
He told in an interview that he wished he had done one more year of college, as he enjoyed the academic environment and the connection with his teammates.
However, Mr.T also acknowledged that turning pro early was a great decision for his golf career, as he won two majors and became the world number one in his first full season on the tour. He went on to win 15 majors and 82 PGA Tour titles, becoming one of the greatest golfers of all time.

On the other hand, going to college could offer Charlie a more balanced and fulfilling life, and it doesn’t mean going to college is giving up on his golf dreams.
However, Charlie as of now has not mentioned anything regarding his PGA Tour entry. Nonetheless, the 15-year-old golf sensation, Olive Betschart, is going to play in the Butterfield Bermuda Championship at Port Royal Golf Club in Bermuda from November 9-12.
