Korda started playing on the LPGA Tour in 2017, and from the next year onwards, she played two times in the Honda LPGA Thailand in 2018 and 2019. Like the last two times, she could finish with a decent score of 16-under this time as well. Korda finished with a T6 place, along with world no. 1 Lydia Ko

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and her injuries, for which she had to undergo surgery, she missed the last couple of opportunities to play in Thailand. Hence, Korda found it only fitting to write a heartfelt message for the tournament and its audience.
