Allisen Corpuz is the rising LPGA star on the women’s golf circuit. And after her Pebble Beach win at the US Women’s Open, she has created a separate fan following for herself. Her stellar win with a total of 9-under par was a treat to the eyes to witness.

But as far as her luck in the Portland Classic is concerned, the performance trajectory was on the downward side, and she couldn’t even make the cut after the first leg of the event. In the first round, she had plenty of bogeys, which eventually landed her at 73. In the following round, she made six successful birdies but also finished at 68.

But despite losing a lot this week at the Portland Classic, the LPGA pro brought in a handsome amount for the needy. To celebrate her little achievement, she posted,Less fun to have a weekend off but 1 eagle and 9 birdies for the week! $2,200 for Maui, and one week left for this birdie match.
