Bryson DeChambeau is currently one of the most talked-about golfers in the world. The American pro has a record of winning eight times on the PGA Tour, including a major championship.

If we talk about the highest-paid golfers, DeChambeau is among the top 10 on that list. Ranking as the seventh highest-paid golfer, DeChambeau has a ton of sponsors besides his name.

Bryson DeChambeau’s sponsors and endorsement partners

Big brands like Cobra, Puma, Bridgestone, DraftKings, OneStream Software, etc are major sponsors and endorsement partners of the golfer. The long list of these sponsors also includes Bentley, BOSE, Rolex, HD Golf, FlightScope, LAGP, JumboMax, and Trump Golf. Among these brands, Rocket Mortgage was also one of the sponsors for DeChambeau. But the company recently dropped the sponsorship after he joined the LIV Golf Invitational Series.

Rocket Mortgage recently issued a statement saying, “Rocket Mortgage has been a long-time supporter of the PGA Tour, both through our role as an official partner and as a tournament host.”

They later said, “As has been widely reported, Bryson elected to join the LIV Golf Series. Effective immediately, Rocket Mortgage has ended its sponsorship agreement with Bryson.”

However, even after the contract between Bryson and the home-lending company has ended, he still has more than a dozen partners for endorsement. Bryson DeChambeau’s earnings after May 31st in 2021 are estimated to be around $17.9 million. Out of this amount, his prize money sums up to $8.9 million, while the money he has earned off the course is $9 million.

The impact of the LIV Golf Tour on Bryson DeChambeau and other golfers

The LIV Golf Tour contract has proven to be a boon to some, while a big loss to other golfers. Recently, the PGA Tour suspended memberships of all the players who signed up with the LIV Golf event and broke the regulations of the PGA Tour. The Commissioner of the PGA Tour released a statement where he mentioned taking away all benefits from such players which only the PGA players deserve.

PGA’s statement said, “These players have made their choice for their own financial-based reasons. But they can’t demand the same PGA TOUR membership benefits, considerations, opportunities and platform as you.”
