Bryson DeChambeau has had an above-average 2023 season. After his shift to LIV Golf, the American professional has still been able to display his skills and caliber brilliantly. For instance, the major tournaments witnessed an increase in DeChambeau’s prowess. Where he wasn’t able to make a cut at the Masters, the greens in New York saw him finish in fourth place.
Even the relatively rough course of the US Open did not completely diminish the golfer’s skills. He was able to tame the greens and finish at T20. However, while the PGA Tour players competed at the Travelers Championship last week, LIV golfers had some time on their hands. But, now they will be vying at LIV Golf Valderrama. Before the event though, DeChambeau has slightly different plans.

Bryson DeChambeau is known among golf fans for his passionate personality. This has allowed the golfer to confidently discuss his interests. His discussions have usually revolved around golf and growing the game. Hence, in one of the interviews, the 2020 US Open, he talked about building a golf academy.
While his aim is noble to help the new generations learn this exceptional game, his current interest has little to do with golf. Through his Instagram story, the golf star posted a picture of himself climbing down some rocks. Dressed in a blue shirt, grey shorts, and his classical hat, DeChambeau seems to be taking full advantage of nature in Europe.
Even more interesting was the caption the golfer used in the story. It said, “Trying to find my clubs here in Europe“. The cheeky comment somehow relates to the line ‘You can take the golfer out of the game but you cannot take the game out of the golfer‘. DeChambeau proves that even the beautiful hike in Europe could not take his mind away from the sport.
The possible reason could be the upcoming LIV Golf tournament. While the week’s break has provided some space for the golfers, they will be looking forward to getting back on the greens.

After the successful completion of seven tournaments, LIV Golf moves to a lesser-known venue in Southern Spain. The LIV Golf Valderrama, just like the rest of the LIV events, boasts a colossal purse of $25 million. The anticipation regarding the tournament has evolved not only among the fans but also among the professionals.
This is the first LIV event that is scheduled in the European continent. The luscious greens of Southern Spain will welcome a 48-man field which also includes the star golfer, Bryson DeChambeau.
While the ground has an aesthetic appeal to it, the roughs and narrow fairways are sure to challenge the best of golfers. DeChambeau will look forward to a fruitful finish to the tournament. It will also help the golfer warm up before the last major championship. What do you think of the professional’s daring outing? Let us know in the comments below!
