Fans always look forward to Paige Spiranac’s pick for the events and tournaments as she seems to know the sport well. But for some time now, the former golf pro has seemed to be rooting for Justin Thomas and Rory McIlroy. But sadly, the results haven’t been in their favor lately. Despite the disappointment, she has expressed her feelings strongly for one of her favorites. 

As the 151st Open has concluded, the next big thing that golf fans are eagerly looking forward to is the Ryder Cup. As the golf team format event gets closer, Golf mommy has come forward to make her judgement for one of her favorite golfers it seems, Justin Thomas. 

Paige Spiranac appreciates Justin Thomas 

Spiranac, recently crowned as golf mommy, has always been hot with her picks for the tournaments. Although they haven’t always come through, fans still long for her picks for the events, especially majors. When the Open was about to commence, the former professional golfer made her picks, and one name that she chose was Rory McIlroy.

However, she claimed that it wasn’t easy for her to make that pick because the Irish golfer always ended up disappointing in the final round. Her disappointment continued as McIlroy failed to take Claret Jug home. After getting disappointed by McIlroy’s game, the 30-year-old is rooting for Justin Thomas ahead of the Ryder Cup. 

In her recent video with PointsbetUSA, the golfer was seen speaking about JT and how everyone loves him. She spoke about him being part of the team probably as a Captain’s pick, and if not that, she would at least want him to be there as an assistant. The reason she wants him there is because he brings so much to the “locker room atmosphere,” and how all the other golfers simply love him. 

This is not the first time that Spiranac has praised Thomas. Even just a couple of days ago when he failed to make the cut at The Open, she came to his rescue. 

Spiranac comes to Thomas’ rescue after he misses yet another major cut

The 2X major champion has had a tough year. He missed the cut in all four major tournaments this year, but his exit from the 151st Open at Hoylake was indeed a record-setting one. JT fans were disappointed when the golfer failed to make the cut, but the golf diva came to his rescue. 

After being called overrated by the fans, Spiranac came to JT’s defense and cleared up how brutal golf can be. She praised him for being a 15-time PGAT winner and 2X major winner. There have been many more instances when she has come to the golfer’s rescue and has supported him; the beautiful influencer spoke in favor of him when he was being bashed out by golfers for calling names to Wyndham Clark.
