After Losing the First Golf Match Against Claire Hogle, Hailey Ostrom Claims to Not ‘Trust’ Fellow Social Media Star During Their Rematch

The world of golf has seen many talented stars embrace the sport over the years. But in today’s generation, it is the social media influencers who happen to have gotten more popular than professional golfers. Claire Hogle and Hailey Ostrom are among the biggest golf social media stars currently. While many may consider them arch-rivals, they’ve collaborated many times in recent months. However, during their recent golf outing, it was the verbal exchange in the middle of their friendly game that caught the attention of the fans.

While Paige Spiranac may be in a league of her own, she will soon have company at the top of the golf’s social media world. Both Hogle and Ostrom are rising golf influencers with combined Instagram followers of nearly 1.4 million. Deeming to their similar content, many considered them to be rivals.

Seven months ago, Claire defeated Ostrom in a game of golf. However, the duo had a rematch nearly a month ago at the Lookout Mountain Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. Though the highly anticipated match ended up in a tie, it was Hogle words about not trusting each other which attracted many golf fans.

What did Claire Hogle have to say about Hailey Ostrom?

During their fun golf outing, both social media stars had great joy along with the intense competition. However, ahead of the Par-3 second hole, both women required their Bluetooth Rangefinders to anticipate their tee shot.

As the duo used the assistance of technology for their shot, Hailey Ostrom said, “Claire and I don’t trust each other. So we both brought our Bluetooth Rangefinder 155”. Hogle then looked at Ostrom, as both influencers laughed about it. Claire used a 5 iron to get into the greens, while Hailey’s 9 wood also got her a few feet away from the bunker.

With two holes each and ties on the other two holes, the match between the social media stars ended in a tie. “I hate ties”, said Hailey Ostrom at the end of the video. However, the duo then teased a tiebreaker that would mark the third match between Hogle and Ostrom.

Though Hailey jokingly said of not trusting her good friend, both women have intense respect for each other. Moreover, the fans in the comment section even enjoyed their chemistry. With the social media influencer duo promising a third match among them, it will surely be a delightful sight for the fans.
