While Donald Trump is globally recognized as the former U.S. President, within the golfing realm, he’s celebrated for his prowess on the greens. Trump’s passion for golf has deep roots, further deepened by his latest partnership with the LIV Golf League, endorsed by Saudi Arabia.

Owning multiple golf courses to his name, Trump’s properties hosted two of the eight LIV Golf tournaments last year. Trump, speaking about a personal accomplishment, light-heartedly posted “there is no hanky/lanky” on his social media. The interactions between Bryson DeChambeau and Trump have had rounds as both consistently express mutual admiration and support for each other.

Bryson DeChambeau showcased a stellar performance at the Greenbrier’s White Course during the LIV Golf event, setting a new record with a 58 and clinching the win by an impressive six-stroke margin. At 29, the American golfer was on the brink of becoming the first LIV player to score below 60. He only needed to par the final hole. However, he went a step further, with a birdie two and marking his first win on the emerging tour. Trump has consistently shown support for Bryson, maintaining a positive relationship with him.

Taking to Twitter, DeChambeau expressed, “It’s been a long time coming. This is one of the best rounds of golf I have ever played in my life. I can’t thank my team enough and sticking with me through the process. Today may have been history, but this is just the beginning. Let’s keep it going.”

Just days after Bryson set LIV records, Donald Trump took to social media by sharing he won the Senior Club Championship mentioning “which must be 50 years old”, at  Bedminster, Trump National Golf Club shooting a round of 67.

He further emphasized, what people might be thinking by stating, “Now, some people will think that sounds low, but there is no hanky/lanky. Many people watch, plus I am surrounded by Secret Service Agents. Not much you can do even if you wanted to, and I don’t. For some reason, I am just a good golfer/athlete – I have won many Club Championships, and it is always a great honor!

This is not the first time that Trump has shared his victory on social media, In January, Trump shared about his proclaimed victory in the Senior Club Championship at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida, even though he missed the tournament’s first round. Club members were taken aback when they discovered Trump leading by five points on the second day. The former president had been absent from the first round due to his attendance at a funeral in North Carolina.
