Jena Sims had a premature baby that she delivered six weeks before her due date. She was rushed into the hospital to have a C-section and her baby was admitted to the NICU soon after.

The son, Crew, was on a tube nutrition feeding. But in the end, all sailed past the storm and the baby was eventually healthy and so was the mother. All updates about the baby were shared on social media by Jena Sims.

She maintained her active presence on social media despite all the hardships that were thrown her way. This shows how committed she is to what she does and how much it means to her that her fans know what she is up to.
