What caused trouble for firefighters to reach the dealership building in time?

Firefighters had to struggle to find a way to go inside the building in time. There was some delay. The reason for the delay was reported to  be power lines.

Among the firefighter’s struggle, Xcel Energy stepped up to help out and responded to shut the electricity off to make it possible for the rescue team to go inside. Owing to the efforts of Xcel Energy, firefighters were able to put off the fire by 1:30 PM.
