

The world is rampant with hazardous events happening all across it, which sometimes, put the world in shock. Well, recently something nerve-wracking and horrendous happened in Texas with a golf cart dealership.
A golf cart dealer became prey to the fire hazard at his store that was nothing less than horrifying.

A golf cart store catches fire
The incident took place on Sunday at around 12:30 PM in Amarillo, Texas. What started out as a normal morning for the golf cart dealer, turned into one of the most horrible days of his life. The dealer was located at I-27 in Amarillo.

Although the fire was put out timely. But when the firefighters arrived at the scene, 20-30 golf carts were already erupted by the fire. As per ABC7 News, it is believed that the damages caused are somewhere around $1 million. Thankfully, no loss of life was reported.

The cause of the fire is still unknown. The whole unfortunate incident is under investigation to find out the reason why the fire started.
This is not the first fire incident that has been reported this year at a golf cart dealership. One such incident also took place in Cincinnati at beginning of the February. The losses reported for that incident as well were $1 million.
It was not easy for the firefighters to reach the inside of the building in time for rescue.

What caused trouble for firefighters to reach the dealership building in time?
Firefighters had to struggle to find a way to go inside the building in time. There was some delay. The reason for the delay was reported to be power lines.
Among the firefighter’s struggle, Xcel Energy stepped up to help out and responded to shut the electricity off to make it possible for the rescue team to go inside. Owing to the efforts of Xcel Energy, firefighters were able to put off the fire by 1:30 PM.

The fire also caused heavy traffic on the road as people were backing up at I-27 to witness the hazard. Despite being a cloud day, the smoke in the sky could be seen from across the town.
