Golf is a rich man’s sport. The events offer a wealth of valuable prizes, and golfers have numerous opportunities to expand their financial kingdoms. And to top it all off, the launch of LIV Golf actually increased the prizes in tournaments.
With a relaxed schedule and big purses, Greg Norman led the circuit with many eminent names like Brooks Koepka, Bryson DeChambeau, Dustin Johnson, and many more. The league also includes the 2016 Australian PGA Championship winner. He openly expresses how much he enjoys participating in LIV Golf for both enjoyment and financial gain, and he also appreciates the circuit’s lighter schedule. Harold Varner III switched leagues and joined LIV Golf last season. He underwent the same scrutiny for his choice as other players who joined LIV Golf. However, he is enjoying himself on the Saudi-supported circuit.
HV3 achieved a top-10 finish in Bangkok after signing with LIV Golf, and at the Miami Team Championship, he defeated Brooks Koepka. He also took home $4 million after winning the LIV Golf event in Washington, DC.
Varner is not yet prepared to take on a certain challenge, though. And that is to mess up with Norman’s native country Australia’s waters. The reason is pretty simple. Australia’s waterways are home to many crocodiles. Naturalist David McMahon posted a video about crocodiles and informed readers how dangerous it is to wander in Australian waters.

Varner immediately posted that in his Instagram story and wrote, ”Nope”. Well, other than making some huge decisions, this is something that Varner can never try. What does HV3 think of his present league now that he is a rising star in LIV Golf? Move forward!

HV3 sat down for an exclusive interview with Golfweek before the Bedminster competition. He addressed the misconceptions regarding LIV Golf there. Varner claimed that people’s perceptions about LIV Golf are that it is not a serious league.
Varner asserts that winning on the PGA Tour is easier than competing for $4 million, though. The reason behind this is that when one takes on the greens at a LIV event, the huge purse can affect the game.
