While the LIV Defectors have moved ahead in life with almost no qualms, they were unhappy about losing the opportunity to play in the Ryder Cup. Dustin Johnson was among those players who had openly expressed his desire to play in the esteemed event.

But his dreams were unfulfilled as only Brooks Koepka from the LIV team made it to the event. However, Johnson has another landmark to celebrate. Today he completes one year of his first LIV win in the Boston event. To mark the anniversary, LIV Golf shared the clip of his final eagle putt.

DJ won the event with a 35-foot eagle putt on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff. Johnson’s putt on the par-5 18th was going so fast, it could have rolled around many feet past the hole but luckily it hit the back of the cup and dropped down in the cup. Johnson beat Joaquin Niemann and Anirban Lahiri. The win brought him a paycheck of $4 million.
