However, Koepka doesn’t appear to be much bothered with this or any other news about the new union. In fact, the golfer said that currently, his focus is on the major tournament, and that matters the most to him. If that wasn’t enough, his actions toward the end of the press meet just added to the same.

After thanking the reporters, the five-time major winner sneaked in a remark in context to the recent merger. He said, “See you at Travelers next week“. Travelers Championship is the next event on the PGA Tour Schedule for 2023. While Koepka’s statement doesn’t hold true as the big union has not been finalized yet, that wasn’t the intention behind the action. The slap on the table and a grin on the face reflected the cheeky side of the golfer as he delivered the comment.
