Although Woods kept his plans under wraps, there was a glimmer of hope that he would take on the challenge to hone his skills before the Masters.

Despite being world No. 984, Tiger has the privilege to participate, thanks to a coveted five-year exemption awarded to him after his remarkable victory at The Masters in 2019. While the golfing world is buzzing with excitement, Woods’ decision might put an end to it.

After an amazing comeback performance at Riviera, the legend commented in an interview that he would like to play another event before the masters. This comment was the only ray of hope the fans were holding onto to see the Babe Ruth of golf play another non-major event.
