He bought this land in 2020, which is near Woods and MJ. Notably, the construction of the building is still underway, and Phil is looking to move there once the construction is complete.

Meanwhile, Jupiter Island, Florida, is considered a hotspot for golfers as plenty of top golfers live in this area. Apart from Tiger, Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, and a few other golfers have their mansions on Jupiter Island.
