After a five-month hiatus, Tiger Woods was set to make his return at the 2024 Hero World Challenge, but it fell through. Throughout the year, Woods has been battling persistent back spasms, which ultimately led to his sixth back surgery in September. Now, the PNC Championship marks the stage for the 15X Major Champion’s much-awaited comeback. He is set to play at the Ritz Carlton with his son Charlie Woods. Notably, the father-son duo have never missed the PNC Championship since 2020.

The field of the PNC Championship will be opened by Team Trevino and Team Price at 9:00 am EST on December 19. Two teams will be teeing off together on each hole from the front nine and will have thirteen minutes to finish. If there are no disruptions, the last pairs, Team Langer and Team Singh, will be teeing off right after Team Woods and Team Leonard.

Pretty much like most other PGA Tour events, the PNC Championship too will be streaming on Golf Channel. Golf Channel will start the early broadcast on Friday. From noon to 2.30 PM EDT, the Pro-Am will be live. Per schedule, Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods will tee off in one of the two pro-ams as the first-round tees off on Saturday.

Golf Channel will start the broadcast at 1 PM. After 90 minutes, the rest of the first round will steam, live on Peacock and NBC Sports App. From 4 PM-6 PM, the actions will be taped on NBC, Peacock, and NBC App. The final round will be on air from 11.30 AM on Golf Channel and NBC Sports App on Sunday. From 12.30 PM to 1.30 PM, the PNC Championship will only be live on the Peacock/NBC Sports App. Once again, it will be back on TV from 1.30 PM to 4.30 PM via NBC.
