The 2023 Dubai Desert Classic has already begun on Jan 26 and will go on till Jan 29. Fans are currently watching their favorite players on the field at Emirates Golf Club right after the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship last week. As per the latest announcement, the tournament has allowed LIV Golf players to participate. And most fans know about the dynamics between McIlroy and the Saudi league golfers. Moreover, fans also recently witnessed how the PGA Tour loyalist allegedly ignored Patrick Reed when he came forward to greet the professional.

Other players on the field include Richard Bland, and 2020 winner Lucas Herbert. While Stephen Gallacher is also back on the field to claim his third win after acing the 2013 and 2014 seasons back to back!
Total purse, prize money, and winner’s share for the tournament

The total purse for the tournament is set at $9 million. While the winner will take home $1.53 million as his share. More about the venue for the tournament
The 2023 Dubai Desert Classic is being played at the Majlis Course at Emirates Golf Club. A famous Florida-based architect, Karl Litten, built the place when it had nothing but miles of desert land all around it. However, the golf club now has some of the most pleasing views as backdrops.
