The 2022 Rocket Mortgage Classic began at the Detroit Golf Club on July 28, Thursday. Notably, it is one of the last championships of the 2021-2022 PGA Tour season, and Tour will get its 44th champion this week!

Started in 2019, the Classic will have its fourth edition being played at the flattest course on the Tour. Due to its unique design, the tournament uses 17 holes on the North course and one hole on the South course to play.

Nate Lashley (-25), Bryson DeChambeau (-23), and Cam Davis (-18) were the winners of the 2019, 2020, and 2021 editions, respectively. And as one can see from the scores of the champions, the course is famous for getting low scores on the PGA Tour, making it an interesting tournament to watch!
