The Ally Challenge is underway in the state of Michigan. The PGA Tour Champions event will be played by some of the greatest Hall of Famers in the sport of golf. The event is currently taking place at the Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Michigan. 78 PGA Tour Champions players will compete against each other to claim The Ally Challenge.

It is the 19th tournament of the season, which began on 26th August and ends on 29th August. With no cuts involved in the event, how much prize money will each player win in Michigan?
Winner’s Payout and other rewards at the Ally Challenge
The prize pool for 2022 The Ally Challenge is $2 million, with the winner’s portion coming in at $300,000. It is higher than the regular 15 percent payout as per the PGA Tour Champions’ prize money distribution system.
In addition to money, the field — and in particular, the tournament champion — is competing for significant points, advantages, and rewards. The Charles Schwab Cup points list is updated with earnings from this week.

To qualify for the 2022 Charles Schwab Cup playoffs, every dollar gained equates to one regular season point. The first leg is open to the top 72 competitors.
The top five players in the final rankings are rewarded a portion of the $2.1 million bonus pool (all as annuities) at the end of the season in 2022 depending on the points standings. However, in its competitions, the PGA Tour Champions does not award Official World Golf Ranking points.
