“It was something in the way that what he saw is why he loves the game of golf so much,” he revealed. Well, Block’s story is certainly inspiring for so many of his fans. And it is no less than a blessing for him to have caught the attention of his favorite sports superstar!

Block continued to express how he has always been a huge fan of the basketball ace throughout his life. “I’m a big Jordan guy my whole life,” he said. “I was a little kid in Iowa saving 100 bucks for a pair of Jordans back in the day. Pretty da*n cool, to say the least.” And so, it was clearly a dream come true for him to receive such a beautiful text from the ‘greatest basketball player of all time’.

He even revealed how his response to the text included his wish to play a game of golf with Jordan. “I told him that I just want to be in one of his 36-hole games,” he concluded. And the way things are going for the golfer, it wouldn’t be surprising to see him on the course with Jordan very soon!
