However, Godfall is not a PlayStation 5 exclusive. This “looter-slasher” RPG will eventually grace PC users as well, most probably after the worldwide release of the PlayStation versions.

Godfall: Experience the next-gen of gaming with this old school hack-and-slash title on the PS5

The community has had its eye on this title ever since its announcement. Godfall provides the old school feel of hack and slash RPGs but in high res visuals and enhanced gameplay experience. From the house of Counterplay Games, Godfall takes you through five realms where you have to prevent a major apocalyptic event.

Players take on the role of one of the last of the Knight’s Order and travel through the realms of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Spirit.

Developers have described this game as a looter-slasher since it employs the concept of gaining loot to upgrade their equipment, something players can find in many contemporary multiplayer RPGs. From what we have seen of Godfall from the trailers, the fluid visuals, enhanced light design, and of course, the highly detailed world, this one screams next-gen.

Godfall will release tomorrow in the US, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. As for the European Union, the UK, and the rest of the world, it will coincide with the respective PS5 release date: 19th of November.
