Upcoming 2.3 artifact sets in Genshin Impact
miHoYo will release two new artifact sets in the upcoming update. The Ocean-Hued Clam and the Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact sets will be released in the 2.3 version of the game.
The Husk of Opulent Dreams
The Husk of Opulent Dreams artifact set is perfect for Geo characters. Moreover, it’s not quite surprising as developers are introducing three Geo characters with the next update. However, it looks like characters like Albedo and Noelle can gain the most benefits from the set.
Although we don’t know much about Itto and Gorou until their release, it’s not possible that miHoYo will release two characters not compatible with the recent set. The two-piece artifact set bonus provides an additional 30% DEF, which is good for characters whose damage scales on defense.
The four-piece set bonus states when your character deals Geo damage on the field they will gain 6% Defense and 6% Geo DMG every 0.3 seconds up to a maximum of 4 stacks. However, if they are off the field, a stack is gained every 3 seconds. These stacks will decrease once every 6 seconds.

As you make progress in the game, you will notice characters whose only role is to provide great healing lose their viability gradually. This is mainly because characters like Bennett and Diona, who can provide attack buff and shield, respectively, with decent healing, overshadow them.
Interestingly, it looks like developers might be trying to motivate players to use healers with the new Ocean-Hued Clam artifact set. Most importantly, it looks like Kokomi, who many players claim to be the worst five-star character, can gain tremendous benefits from the set. The two-piece set bonus provides an additional 15% Healing Bonus.

The four-piece set bonus states while healing your teammates, your healer will create a Sea Dyed Foam. Sea Dyed Foam bursts after 3 seconds, dealing 90% of the accumulated healing to enemies. Furthermore, Sea Dyed Foam will also accumulate overhealing that your healer provides to nearby characters.
