Shop app, the official sponsor of MrBeast’s latest challenge video, is facing a major bug. Apparently, a lot of the users of the app are unable to access and order gifts for themselves from the application. After plenty of such claims were taken to the internet by the users, it came to Jimmy’s notice. The latter came up with an explanation of the ongoing issue. Replying to a fan’s report on X, MrBeast wrote, We accidentally drove to much traffic to the app to fast haha, try again in an hour.”

Considering the traffic the video has managed to pull from the platform only makes the justification plausible. Well, when it’s MrBeast promoting a brand, you expect such a surge in numbers. It also makes one wonder about the impact and convincing power the YouTuber has on his audience with brand promotions. Moreover, the fact that the sponsors are a choice-based gifting interface, there’s no better time for the creator to promote the app. Of course, a Christmas giveaway is the cherry on top!
