Season 1 Reloaded is bringing to players yet another gun to wreak havoc. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 features a vast collection of weapons. There are tons of options available for players that they can use to dominate Multiplayer matches. But the existing list is going to extend further with Season 1 Reloaded. There’s a brand new gun coming to the game, and it’s called the HRM-9 submachine gun.
Modern Warfare 3 consists of popular guns like M13B, ISO Hemlock, M13C, MCW, and Vel 46. While they all provide solid firepower and damage output in crunch situations, it’s never a bad thing to have extra choices, right? HRM-9 will act as the new main gun for the mid-season update across MP, Warzone and Modern Warfare Zombies.

According to a described given by devs in a recent blog ahead of Season 1 Reloaded, HRM-9 is a very light but stable SMG. It’s best suited for close-quarters combat to take down enemies instantly. The gun can be maxed out to Level 18 in its entirety.
HRM-9 has got an extremely high fire rate alongside an impressive handling and mobility. Players who have got an aggressive run-and-gun style will adore it more than others. Using this gun, they can aim down sights for precise fire. Or they can also enter Tac-Stance and run in circles around their enemies.
In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 Reloaded, players can utilize the Gunsmith to further increase this submachine gun’s midrange capabilities or improve its close-quarters performance. What’s even better? They can also get a combination both the aspects.
But before players can take HRM-9 into combat zones, they must equip it. For that, it’s important to unlock this weapon. Under Season 1 Reloaded, Call of Duty players will need to complete an Armory Unlock challenge to unlock the base version of HRM-9 SMG.
After installing the mid-season update, they will be able to check the new Armory Unlock tasks. Under them, the upcoming gun will show up as well, alongside the required challenge that needs to be accomplished. Once that’s done, players will obtain the weapon.

Additionally, the game is getting one more new gun apart from HRM-9. It’s an LMG called TAQ Evolvere – an advanced, multi-caliber gun which is capable of firing 7.62 or 5.56 with little to no adjustments. It can take down both the infantry and artillery during crunch encounters. Plus, players can further maximize its impact using the Gunsmith. They can combine some of the effective attachments in order to make TAQ Evolvere suitable for any playstyle.
