A new season means new content. And in a game like CoD, of course players want weapon upgrades. After waiting a whole year, Call of Duty players have finally received a new Warzone experience. Following the release of Modern Warfare 3 last month, battle royale fans were curious about the revamped mode of the game. Now that it’s here with Season 1, players should be thrilled about weapon upgrades. With a method that has been shared, players can speed up the process.

Warzone can be tough for certain players, especially those who always go solo. And compared to MW3’s multiplayer, leveling up the weapons in the battle royale can be tough as well. Fortunately, there happens to be a method by which players can end up making a faster progression for all of their equipped weapons.

JGOD, who’s a renowned COD legend and YouTuber, recently came up with a new video on his channel. In the clip, he talked about how players of the free-to-play Warzone can level up their weapons faster. He revealed that in order to begin, players can choose their preferred game mode between the regular Battle Royale, Plunder, and Resurgence. A fourth mode is also there named Lockdown, but it’s not yet revealed in the ongoing update.

JGOD mentioned that players can accomplish the objective by taking up contracts in Call of Duty Warzone and completing them. Doing so will grant them a lot of cash alongside XP points. But players should note that every level they gain on a weapon will be 2,800 XP. So that’s the maximum amount they can attain while leveling up.

Players also have to keep in mind that while a contract is active, they will also get 5 percent of extra XP points while looting items in the game. For example, any random loot box they open will give them 105 XP. But to reach this figure per weapon, they will need to loot 28 such boxes, according to the YouTuber.

Players will also get more opportunities to earn XP after completing the contract. It will drop more items for them to loot. After that, they have to take these items to the Buy Station. This is where the bulk of their XP will come from. Now, a disadvantage to those playing Warzone solo is that this process is technically more beneficial for those who are in teams. That’s because playing in groups will enable them to level up faster by completing contracts in an aggressive manner. Hence, players who are in a party are going to have a good time grinding the XP points.

Coming back to the Buy Station part, it will also offer an additional item that will allow players to get a small cashback while buying anything. This item is very crucial as it will help them to make more purchases. In the end, players have to sell all of their items. Then, players need to buy plates by pressing the ‘Buy Plates’ option.

Coming out of the menu, players will see a huge XP sign; it will be their individual XP. They have to make sure they are holding the weapon in their hands during this entire time. That’s pretty much the full method of leveling up weapons faster in Warzone.
