Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies has been out for a month now. The open-world mode is one where players always try to grind infinite kills thanks to an abundance of zombies spawning. Apart from that, most of the players also try to get an exclusive weapon Schematics.

Modern Warfare Zombies consists of various elements, inspired by previous Treyarch installments in the Black Ops series. For example, there are Wonder Weapons like Ray Gun, and V-R11 coming back. Then, additions like Weapon Schematics enable the players to craft even more effective items to fight large waves of the undead.

Use this method to obtain Legendary Schematics in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies

For the uninitiated, Schematics are valuable items that players can find in the open-world map of Urzikstan. Schematics help in having permanent progress outside of the matches. In case of obtaining a Schematic connected to one’s favorite Perk, it can eventually allow one to craft that Perk to get a powerful upgrade. Recently, popular COD pro player and YouTuber MrDalekJD revealed a way to unlock new Legendary Schematics inside Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies.

MrDalekJD revealed that players can obtain the Pack-a-Punch 3 Crystal, Legendary Aether Tool, and Scorcher Weapon case in MWZ. To begin with, they have to go through a small Easter Egg on the map of Urzikstan. They have to fight a new Secret Red Worm boss (added after the Season 1 update).

According to the YouTuber, Red Worm is perhaps the deadliest boss devs have introduced in MWZ since its release. To defeat it, players need to have a solid loadout no matter what. To be precise, they must have all of their equipped Perks with Tier 3 Pack-a-Punch of Rarity level. This can be achieved by doing enough Contracts in the game.

After getting their load-outs ready, players can go to the Orlov Military Base. Inside a building, they will see a big map of Urzikstan. On the side of it, there are pictures of the locations players need to visit within the map. Now, each of the locations is the place for UAV Tower they have to interact with. Doing that will grant them a USB drive. All four UAV Tower locations will provide them with USB Alpha, USB Bravo, USB Charlie, and USB Delta.

After obtaining all four drives, the next mission is to fight the Red Aether Worm boss. But they have to wait till the Storm starts to come in after the end of the 45-minute timer. Players have to open their map to locate the Storm. Once they are in the area, it’s crucial to be prepared with the highest Rarity of Perks, weapons, and a durable gas mask to go against Red Aether Worm.

Once the Storm begins, players have to start activating the Refractors using their four USB drives. Not to mention, a large wave of zombies will also emerge during this time. Ultimately, after around 30 seconds, the giant Greylorm will appear from the middle of the ground. Until the timer hits zero, players will have to make sure they take down this boss. They need to accomplish this objective before the Storm engulfs the map.

The best thing about this boss fight is that players who have teams can also make a bigger team with other squads to take down the Greylorm as it’s a World Boss. Once the Aether Worm is defeated, players will get a Reward Rift containing a guaranteed spawn for one of the new Legendary Schematics being the Flawless Aetherium, Legendary Aether Tool, and the Scorcher Weapon Case blueprint.
