Thanks to all the brief moments featured in trailer for Rockstar Games‘ upcoming open-world game, fans are still in awe of it. But there’s one more reason the trailer is getting infinite attention on social media – the mud girl!

At this point, it’s hard to come across gamers who haven’t watched the record-breaking trailer on YouTube. And most of them have been head-over-heels for the female protagonist Lucia going by her looks in GTA 6. However, a brief sequence from the clip, showcasing a girl in the mud, has gone viral. What’s interesting to note is that the mystery behind the ‘viral GTA mud girl’ has been finally decoded!

Hardcore fans of the Grand Theft Auto series have been trying to unearth every single detail in the trailer. From the smallest of details to recreation of real life moments, there’s nothing hidden from their eagle eyes. And one such detail fans noticed is the mud girl, who appears briefly in one shot.

Since the last few days, a lot of curious people have been trying to find out the identity of the actress or model behind this female character. On social media platform X, a lot of fans have expressed their interest in this NPC, even more than Lucia. One can say the ‘mud girl effect’ has taken over the internet.

Surprisingly, though, the real model who appeared as the viral mud girl in the GTA 6 trailer recently revealed her identity on X. In a post shared on the platform, the user who’s named Peach Jars mentioned her actual name while acknowledging that she’s, in fact, the mud girl from the video game’s trailer footage.

Speaking more about the female NPC, she seems to be from a club known as ‘THRILLBILLY’ in the game. Various other such groups were also represented for brief moments in the trailer. It can be a hint regarding GTA 6 having different factions that players will be able to join. But nothing can be confirmed just yet unless there’s more news on this topic.

When is the second Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer coming out?

The first trailer has already become a phenomenon across the globe since its debut on December 5. Fans are still trying to absorb everything they witnessed in the clip. And the next stop is trailer 2.

However, it seems like Rockstar will take time in order to drop the next video. That’s because the studio will try to build a hype similar to the first trailer. Which means fans will start receiving teasers including several images, followed by the actual Trailer 2 itself. If one has to make an assumption, it can be expected to arrive after one or two months, or even after a year.

As for the game’s release date, GTA 6 is set to launch at some point in 2025. Only players owning the PS5 or Xbox Series X\S will be able to enjoy it. Rockstar hasn’t shared any update on a PC port yet.
