Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has convincingly made its way to the gaming trends despite a skeptical response. From the game’s beta run, Modern Warfare 3 has been under community scrutiny for various reasons. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies to bring back the vintage FPS PvE format? 

Recently, a Reddit user initiated an intriguing discussion around the latest Call of Duty installment. According to the user’s confession on the game, the PvE in MWZ mode is the only non-Campaign mode that has appealed to so many of the FPS enthusiasts. The reason attributed to the same is the advantages of the PvE format. The Player vs Environment format might be considered as a more vintage and old-school format, but the user believes with the PvP formula being too overused, it’s about time gamers started enjoying PvE for fun. So, for them, this formula was the savior of Modern Warfare 3 as an experience! 

“MWZ is just total turn off your brain and chill, no real stress, just me enjoying the gunplay, unlocking new weapons, progressing the battle pass (won’t buy until next season), leveling up guns.”, the Reddit user wrote in the confession. 

Adding to this, the user also talked about how the community is looking forward to more experiments with PvE in the future. This might also help the CoD franchise reclaim its casual fun-gaming traffic.

A user is in total accord with the PvE praise as they are also looking forward to what the makers have to offer with the format in the coming seasons. “I’ve been enjoying the PVE side of things as well. It’s a nice change of pace when you don’t wanna play MP anymore. Looking forward to what they end up cooking up in the seasons for it,” the comment reads. 

Another player is all equipped with the Call of Duty zombie mode as they wrote, “People were saying that MWZ Will suck and i had doubts about playing it all the time myself . I havent played MP since the launch and i am doing camo challenges cause why not.”

“I was very sus about it before launch but honestly it’s great, been having a blast, most fun I’ve had in a co-op shooter in years,” wrote another player hailing praises for the mode and crowning it with a huge compliment. 

Evidently, the zombie mode is the new version of chilling in CoD as another user comments, “100% agree. When SBMM starts taking a dump one, I drop in for a while and chill.”
