The Tweet from Ubisoft showcases gameplay from Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown. It demonstrates the challenging nature of the game. The clip in the Tweet features a pixel-perfect run. In this run, Sargon navigates through a platforming maze. Every movement in the maze had to be precisely timed down to the second.

Players saw Sargon perform parkour moves like wall jumps, flips, and double jumps to navigate through a level that needs precision and timing. The game features new Time Powers, a nostalgic take on the importance of Time in the Prince of Persia series. These powers will help Sargon unlock the secrets of Mount Qaf while on the quest to save the prince.

Platformers are games or a sub genre where players have to navigate across platforms by jumping, sliding, scaling, bouncing of walls and jumping across obstacles.

The clip impressed many fans, while some were left worried about being unable to get past such a level. The post from Ubisoft also stated, “Don’t panic, this part is optional… but a lot of fun!” to keep players from being demotivated by looking at the difficulty of the game.

Another user spoke about the potential speed runs that can be done in levels like those shown in the Tweet.

Feeling nostalgic about the older Prince of Persia games, this user spoke about how watching the clip made them feel like a kid.

A gamer shared how this level is doable for them as they managed to beat the difficult platformer, Celeste. Celeste is a platformer by Maddy Makes Games, which came out in 2018. It is believed to be one of the best platformer games.
